Ms. Chung Mei Yien, Grace

Born in the small town of Tronoh, Perak, and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Grace has consistently demonstrated a strong academic inclination. She pursued her legal education at Advance Tertiary College and graduated from the University of London in 2014. In 2015, she obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice, and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018. She has also completed the Islamic Banking, Syariah Compliant Financing Instruments & Securities Documentation Process Seminar organized by the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee.
Experience
Grace began her career at Rockwills Trustee Berhad, one of Malaysia's leading will and trust corporations, advising clients on estate planning and private trust establishment. She subsequently gained extensive conveyancing experience at Messrs Kington Tan Dzul, managing transactions for major developers including SP Setia, Tropicana, Sime Darby, Agile, Country Garden, Land & General, and PR1MA Corporation. At Messrs SP Hew & Khoo, she broadened her practice to encompass probate and estate administration, divorce, dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and SME lending.
In 2024, Grace founded MY Chung & Co. with a vision to build a one-stop legal centre delivering comprehensive, accessible, and client-centred legal services.

A Kuala Lumpur native, born and bred in the heart of the city, Pui Yee was conferred a Bachelor of Laws, LLB (Hons) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the University of London in 2012. She completed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2013 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014. She is a highly accomplished practitioner with over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of the Malaysian legal landscape, known for her strong academic foundation and meticulous approach, providing strategic, tailored solutions that bridge legal compliance and commercial objectives.
Experience
Pui Yee commenced her career at Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong, gaining foundational expertise in corporate and commercial advisory for private enterprises and public-listed companies. She subsequently managed rigorous conveyancing portfolios at Ching, Tan & Associates, before spending eight years as Senior Associate at Isharidah, Ho, Chong & Menon, working on high-value transactional matters. Her notable achievements include advising on large-scale land acquisitions exceeding RM50 million, representing a state statutory body in a landmark 30-year commercial joint venture for a master-planned urban development, and completing a RM20 million commercial block purchase.
Prior to joining MY Chung & Co., she served as Partner and Head of Conveyancing at Afif Rahman & Chong, where she facilitated a merger and acquisition transaction with accumulated consideration exceeding RM100 million. Pui Yee joined MY Chung & Co. in 2025, bringing her wealth of high-level advisory expertise to the firm's growing client base.
